Royal Coca-Cola follows the policies of its parent company, Nan Chiu Group, and has implemented a food traceability and tracking system. This system integrates public and private cloud traceability platforms to provide the public with fast and accurate product information. As of 2025, there have been no recalls or product removals due to food safety issues.<\/p>

Royal Coca-Cola has, in accordance with the "Regulations Governing the Traceability and Tracking System for Food and Related Products," accessed government-designated data on the food business operator registration platform\u2014data that cannot be accessed without prior registration\u2014including basic information about the food business operator, business scope, and factory information. Information such as raw material purchase order numbers, raw material arrival dates, production work order numbers, product expiration dates, and shipping order numbers are used as traceability codes for the products.<\/p>

In accordance with government regulations, our company uploads the traceability data for the previous month to the government's food cloud (Food Traceability Management Information System - Must Trace 3.0) by the 10th of each month, and fully utilizes electronic invoices to implement the policy objectives of electronic management of food traceability. Furthermore, the company conducts at least one simulated product recall annually to ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Zhongli plant is equipped with a public cloud for quick access to product-related information, while the Taoyuan and Tainan plants are equipped with the private cloud of Du Lao Ye Ice Cream business, allowing consumers to easily obtain 100% product information and providing the public with fast and accurate product data.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To ensure consumers understand basic product information, the company emphasizes the completeness and clarity of information disclosure on packaging labels. Containers or outer packaging for products, food items, and food ingredients produced in each factory do not include promotional claims or slogans, ensuring that the information is not misleading.<\/p>

Product labeling and information disclosure comply with the relevant regulations of the competent authorities. The content covers product name, ingredients, allergen information, net weight, nutrition facts, storage conditions, expiration date, country of origin, manufacturer information, and, depending on the nature of the product, information such as source, specifications, safety warnings, usage instructions, and relevant inspection marks. All labels are presented in clear, easily legible language and fonts to ensure accurate and comprehensive information disclosure, providing consumers with a basis for confident purchase and consumption.<\/p>

In addition, before new Royal Coca-Cola products are launched, their legality is reviewed by relevant authorities and a multi-stage review process is conducted. For example, the R&D unit professionally confirms whether they meet national standards, the Food Safety Office professionally reviews the ingredients and labeling, and the legal department reviews relevant laws and regulations. This reduces the black holes in labeling review, strictly controls the quality of labeling, and improves the accuracy and consistency of labeling to ensure compliance with the Food Safety and Sanitation Management Act and related laws and regulations.<\/p>
