The Duke arrived at Keelung Zhonghe Elementary School, surprising the children with endless \"WOW\" moments of astonishment...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the eve of the spring break, today (April 1st), at exactly 10 a.m., as the bell rang for recess at Keelung Zhonghe Elementary School, a freezer truck quietly drove onto the campus. \"WOW! What is this?\" Although the school had given prior notice, the first-grade students on the playground were thrilled, thinking it was just a rumor.
