Sustainable Development Policy
Lucky Royal follows the sustainable development policy of the Namchow Group. Under the leadership of Chairman Chen Feilong, the Namchow Group has exerted a humanistic spirit, created targeted differentiated innovations in heritage, and implemented innovations in creating common goals and values, hoping to benefit consumers and contribute to mankind, thus creating a win-win situation for customers, consumers, industries, society, the ecological environment and Nanqiao.

Sustainability and ESG Committee
The Company's Board of Directors approved the "Sustainable Development Code of Practice" in June 2014 and has implemented it in daily operations. The Board of Directors and management are actively fulfilling their commitment to sustainable business policies and plan to set up a dedicated (or part-time) sustainable development promotion unit in the second half of 2015. Currently, ESG-related work is promoted by senior management, who periodically report the implementation status to the board of directors through emails or oral reports, in order to continuously promote the sustainable development of the company.
The Company has incorporated environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) risks related to operations into its operating strategies and is gradually promoting sustainable development in compliance with laws and regulations. In the future, we will continue to assess risks related to operations based on the principle of materiality to ensure the company's sound operations. At present, the company has not yet formally formulated a risk management policy, but will continue to pay attention to related issues and adjust management guidelines in a timely manner to enhance risk control capabilities.
