Food manufacturing businesses in Taiwan are required by law to register on the Food Business Registration Platform - they must register government-specified information, including basic information of food businesses, business items, factory information, etc. Through the raw material purchase order number, raw material entry date, production order number, product expiration date, shipping order number, etc., the information is used as the serial code for product traceability, and the procurement, manufacturing and sales data are input into the ERP, so that all products can be traced back to the raw materials and the sales flow can be tracked downward. A simulated product recall is conducted once a year to verify the effectiveness of the product tracking and tracing system. The tracking and tracing data of ERP will be integrated and uploaded to the public cloud platform for easy query on the platform. Upload the previous month’s product traceability information to the Government Food Cloud (Food Traceability Management Information System – Must Trace 3.0) before the 10th of each month, and use electronic invoices to comply with the government’s purpose of electronic food traceability management.
