Retirement system and implementation

Our company has legally established a "Labor Retirement Fund Oversight Committee." Each year, based on actuarial calculations, we recognize net retirement fund costs. In accordance with the Labor Standards Act retirement system, we allocate retirement reserves for employees subject to the old system to a special account at the Trust Department of Bank of Taiwan to protect employee rights. For employees subject to the Labor Retirement Fund Act, we allocate 6% of their salary to the Labor Insurance Bureau's individual retirement fund account to ensure a comfortable working life and retirement. In accordance with Article 56, Paragraph 2, amended on February 4, 2015, the old system of full contribution to labor retirement funds is implemented. Employers are required to estimate the retirement fund needs of employees who meet retirement criteria for the following year before the end of each year and replenish the labor retirement reserve to the Bank of Taiwan retirement fund account by the end of March of the following year. Our company has consistently fulfilled the government's regulations regarding the full contribution of old labor retirement funds.
